CJ Breen is a passionate leader and visionary in the athletic recruiting industry, known for his hands-on approach and dedication to helping athletes achieve their collegiate dreams. As the Owner and Founder of Full-Ride Academy, CJ has leveraged over a decade of personal experience navigating the recruiting process, including his own journey through college athletics and the complexities of the NCAA transfer portal.
His firsthand understanding of the recruiting landscape, combined with a deep commitment to his clients, has empowered countless high school, JUCO, and transfer athletes to secure opportunities at the collegiate level. CJ’s expertise extends beyond just the athletic side—his ability to build and manage effective online profiles, craft compelling highlight reels, and optimize social media presence has proven invaluable for aspiring college athletes.

Katelin Richards brings a unique blend of collegiate athletic experience and personal insight to the recruiting process. As a former Division I golfer, she knows exactly what it takes—on and off the field—to earn a roster spot at the next level.
Katelin’s own path through recruitment taught her the importance of preparation, persistence, and building genuine connections with coaches. Today, she uses that knowledge to guide high school, JUCO, and transfer athletes toward programs where they can thrive both athletically and academically.
Her approach is rooted in understanding each athlete’s individual strengths and goals, then creating a clear plan to showcase their abilities. From crafting standout profiles to offering honest, strategic advice, Katelin works closely with athletes to help them stand out in a competitive recruiting landscape.
